Great spring-summer bait. We’ve built ours loud. Run this right across a sweet spot, along the edge of overhanging branches or cast it right up on shore, definitely a strike enticer! Remember, the reel speed is moderate to quick on this bait to keep it on the top, so the strike will be fast and short. Some anglers don’t use a trailer on this bait, if the bass strikes short you need it to hit the body, not a tail end. We’ve seen it work well either way – it’s your choice!
